We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Kelton Apartments. 

Pet Policy

• No more than two pets per apartment (breed restrictions apply)
• Additional security deposit of $250 per pet, plus a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
• Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet.
