Yes, there is an on-site fitness center.

Yes, the community includes a clubhouse and lounge area.

Yes, the community is pet-friendly with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Pet rent is $40 per pet per month, and the pet deposit is $500 (partially refundable).

What is the application process?
There is a $50 application fee per adult. Applicants must meet income requirements of at least two times the monthly rent, have a minimum credit score of 580, and provide at least one year of rental history.

Lease terms range from 10 to 15 months.
